Younan Ishak, beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2025, at 9:30 pm, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on April 15, 1952, in Tel Tamar, Syria, Younan lived a life marked by kindness, strength, and love. He is survived by his devoted wife, Susan; his loving son, Isaac; and his devoted daughter, Christine, along with her husband, Max. Younan also leaves behind his sisters, Penna Ishak and Anna Shlimon, their families, and his nephew Ashor Ishak Nestoris and family, as well as many other relatives and friends who will cherish his memory.
Known for his gentle spirit, kind smile, and warm personality, Younan touched the hearts of everyone who knew him. He faced his illness with remarkable courage and resilience, inspiring all who witnessed his strength.
Younan’s legacy of love and bravery will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered.
