William Herrera

On Monday, January 11, William loving husband and father passed away at the age of 60 after a short battle with cancer. 

William was born on September 10, 1960, in Guatemala. At the age of 20 he married Olga Gordillo. They had one daughter Emily. A couple of years later, he moved to the United States, where his family began a new life journey. 

Willy (as family and friends called him) had a passion for music (he played the guitar and sang); he loved soccer, cooking, and roosters. He was known for being shy at first, but once he felt comfortable, he was the life of the party. Never again shying away about what he thought or felt about things. 

Willy is survived by his loving wife, Olga Gordillo, his daughter Emily and son-in-law Byron.
