Pamela Anderson

Pamela A. Anderson, beloved mother, grandmother and woman of deep faith; passed away peacefully on June 9, 2025 at the age of 73.

Born in Clark's Town, Jamaica. Pamela was raised with strong values of love, faith and family.  She later made Chicago her home.  Where she built a life of service and strength.  A skilled cosmetologist and certified nursing assistant; she also owned a successful hair salon on the North Side of Chicago.  Touching lives with her hands, her heart and her unwavering care.

She later moved to Oak Park where her faith deepened as a devoted member of Living Word Christian Center.  Her love for God, her family and others guided her life.

Pamela was the proud mother of Neville Abrahams Jr., Oneil Abrahams and Kristan Abrahams.  Joyful Grandmother of Julius Vargas, and Great Grandmother of Noah and London Vargas. She gave selflessly, loved endlessly and left a legacy of grace and strength that lives on in all who knew her.

Her radiant spirit will be deeply missed; but forever remembered.
