Born on 11/30/1940, deceased on 12/07/2024.

Neptalia was daughter of Juan Jose Oseguera and Maria Ramona Galo. She was the first of 8 children. She was born in Honduras where she got married and had three children: Miguel Angel Escobar, Ruben Escobar and Sonia Escobar. Her family continued to grow throughout the years, and she became known as “mamitalla,” or “talla,” to everyone.

Neptalia lived her life for others. Her family motivated everything she did. At 84 years old, she lived a life full of service, sacrifice and love for those she cared for. She was a blessing.

She was a private person. Not keen on being the center of attention. Her displays of love were simple: caring for others by feeding them, clothing them, and denying herself the “extras” so everyone else could be well. She was selfless, humble and transparent.

We are thankful for the years of life that God granted Neptalia. We treasure her life in our hearts, and we trust that through it all, God’s Will is perfect, and His plans are always best. We celebrate the milestones she reached, and we carry on her legacy to serve others, like Jesus served others –until the very end.

Neptalia is survived by her 3 children, 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, her 7 siblings and their respective families.

Neptalia era hija de Juan José Oseguera y María Ramona Galo. Fue la primera de 8 hermanos. Nació en Honduras donde se casó y tuvo tres hijos: Miguel Ángel Escobar, Rubén Escobar y Sonia Escobar. Su familia siguió creciendo a lo largo de los años, y ella se hizo conocer como "mamitalla" o "talla.”  

Neptalia vivió su vida para los demás. Su familia era la motivación para todo lo que ella hacía. A sus 84 años, vivió una vida llena de servicio, sacrificio y amor por aquellos a quienes cuidaba. Ella fue una bendición.

Era una persona reservada. No le gustaba ser el centro de atención. Sus muestras de amor eran simples: cuidar a los demás alimentándolos, vistiéndolos y negándose a sí misma para que todos los demás pudieran estar bien. Era abnegada, humilde y transparente.

Estamos agradecidos por los años de vida que Dios le concedió a Neptalia. Atesoramos su vida en nuestros corazones, y confiamos en que, a pesar de todo, la Voluntad de Dios es perfecta y Sus planes siempre son los mejores. Celebramos sus logros y continuamos con su legado para servir a los demás, como Jesús sirvió a los demás, hasta el final.

A Neptalia le sobreviven sus 3 hijos, 10 nietos, 7 bisnietos, sus 7 hermanos y sus respectivas familias.
