Monica Morelos

Beloved wife of Rudy Rivera.  Loving daughter of Roberto and Hilda Morelos.  Cherished sister of Hilda (Nena) and Roberto Morelos, Jr.  Mother of two cats, Paris and Nikky; and dog Trouble.

Graduate of Carl Schurz High School, class of 1993.  After graduation Monica attended Northwestern Business College.  She continued on to Wilbur Wright college studying Early Childhood Education and Screenwriting/Journalism; graduating in 1997.  During her studies she realized she had a passion for writing; and furthering her education.  She studied creative writing at Stratford University and graduated in 2021.  During these years her love for education united with her love for the Lord and she began to study the ministry.  Monica Loved Life.  She loved to travel and experience new places.  She was an avid lover of the outdoors and nature.  She will be missed dearly and will forever live in our hearts.
