Antoinette Ann Wesley (Carlucci), 67, died November 22, 2004, at her home in Chicago, Illinois. She was referred to by her family and friends as Toni, Aunt Toni or Toni Ann.
A memorial service will be held 11am on Saturday December 7, 2024, at the Universal Baptist Church: 163 West 156th Street in Harvey Illinois. The services will be followed by a repast at the same location.
Antoinette was born January 5, 1957, in Jersey City, NJ to William Gabriel and Nancy Palmer Carlucci (Miracola). Toni attended East Brunswick High School and worked in the hospitality industry for many years. She moved to Chicago, Illinois over 25 years ago and found her vocation of service, returned to school, and became a Certified Nurse’s Aide (CNA). She worked as a self-employed caregiver until her passing.
She was an active member of the Universal Baptist Church, where she often volunteered to cook and was known for her meatballs. Her interests included music, cooking, and riding motorcycles - she was an avid lover of Harley Davidson. She devoted much of her time and energy later in life as a caregiver to many.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Wesley-Zebrowski and husband Kieran, of Colonia, NJ, her brother, Dominick Carlucci and his wife Tamera, of Mission Viejo, CA, her cousins Charles Carlucci, of Jersey City, NJ, Claire Cerami, of Albuquerque, NM, Tina DiMatteo, of Brick, NJ, Nancy Sheridan, of Oakland, NJ, her best friend, Jack Crenetz of Chicago IL, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Nancy Carlucci and her sister, Roseann Blackwell (Carlucci).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
