Pauline Elias Royal, 52, of Niles, Illinois, went to be with the Lord on March 17, 2018, in her home, surrounded by her family.

Pauline was born in Iraq to Elias and Hanneh Royal on January 9, 1966. She grew up in Lebanon before moving to Chicago as a child.
Pauline was a hairdresser, a stay at home mom and worked in retail and the restaurant business. She loved to cook, spend time with her family, entertain guests and spoil her grandchildren.

Pauline is preceded in death by her sister Najwa Danha and uncles.

Pauline is survived by her four children; Clair (Brandon) Janes, Connie (Fiance Tod Martin) Zakharia, Nina (Vladimir) Vilme and George Zakharia; three siblings: Sam (Penna) Royal, Julie (Kevin) Spellman and Sonya (Charles) Heyne; parents Elias and Hanneh Royal; four grandchildren: Josiah, Hannah, Asa and Leah Janes and numerous other family members.

Funeral service will be at 10 o'clock in the morning on Friday, March 23rd at Saint Odisho Church. 6201 N Pulaski Rd. Chicago, IL 60646. Burial will follow at Montrose Cemetery. 5400 N. Pulaski Rd. Chicago, IL. Lunch will follow the burial in the church basement. Arrangements are by Christian Funeral Home.
