Beloved wife of Al; Loving Mother of Elbin Jr (Graciela), Daniel (Melinda), Meredith, Melissa and David. Cherished grandmother of Nicolás, Briana, Anthony, Joshua, Valerie, Isaac, Yasmine, Jaden, Gabriella and Lily-Sky. Beloved daughter of Blanca Rios Soto. Sister of George, William and Robert and many nieces and nephews.
