Yolanda DeLeon

Yolanda DeLeon, 50, peacefully passed away on December 7th, 2019 at her home in Chicago. Visitation will be held at Christian Funeral Home in Chicago at 3100 W Irving Park Rd Friday, December 13th between 10am-1pm. Burial will follow at Montrose Cemetery. 
Yolanda was born in Chicago, Illinois to Edwin Calez and Alice Gill on November 2nd, 1969. She married Raymond M. DeLeon on August 24th, 1991 and raised four children before he passed away on October 17th, 2012. She was kind and genuine, always willing to be helpful, supportive, and hardworking. Always able to make you smile. 
A mother, a grandmother, a partner, and a great friend. She is survived by her partner Cesar, her four children; Raymond, Samantha, Christian, and Justin DeLeon; granddaughter Sophia; her five siblings; her aunts Edna and Sandra and numerous extended family.
